Regarding Ticket Cancellation 

• All the Bus tickets are eligible to be canceled 8 hours before journey time. After 8 hours before the journey time ticket cannot be canceled.

  If the ticket is canceled cancellation charge might take place according to bus company policy. 

• ---

  টিকিট বাতিল হলে বাস কোম্পানির নীতি অনুযায়ী ক্যান্সেলেশন চার্জ লাগতে পারে।

  The ticket will be treated as cancelled if passenger fails to report at the reporting station before the departure schedule.

• ---

  যাত্রী ছাড়ার সময়সূচীর আগে রিপোর্টিং স্টেশনে রিপোর্ট করতে ব্যর্থ হলে টিকিট বাতিল বলে গণ্য হবে।

Holiday Ticket Cancellation Policies 

         - Any kind of ticket cancellation might not be allowed during Public Holidays journey as per Launch company decision. 

EID NOTICE: EID TICKETS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND CANNOT BE CHANGED. 

         - For reserve buses, the fare might not be equivalent to regular bus fare. By purchasing the ticket, the customer agrees to buy the ticket with the mentioned price . Later no claim will be accepted by authority.
